Working with us takes several shapes — sometimes we deliver a full RAYNET CRM implementation, sometimes we just build a custom integration or automation against a specific brief. More often than not, though, every project starts with an expert consultation in which we try to understand your needs, analyse your processes and data sources, and propose the optimal solution so we can then put it into practice.

Consulting work is charged by the chosen package. Building integrations & automations is billed hourly based on the analysis.

How an implementation works

We start with a lot of conversation, because aligning expectations is the most important part. Soon, though, we move into hands-on configuration and prototyping — sample data in a real environment is the best way to get a feel for how the whole system will behave. A typical implementation includes:
  • Pre-implementation audit (analysis)
    • Needs assessment — what you want and can use the CRM for, and which other systems it should work with in the company
    • Process understanding — how people actually work (the steps in their daily routines)
    • Mapping data and data sources — where data is created, how it moves between systems, and who consumes it when
  • Solution design
    • Preparing the brief (document) and validating it
    • Describing user scenarios, defining assumptions and constraints
    • Technical analysis of the systems to be integrated
  • CRM configuration
    • Configuring record types
    • Creating optional fields
    • Defining business case types and stages
    • Setting required fields
    • Building sample data
    • Importing the address book and products
    • Preparing custom print templates
    • Building automations inside the CRM
    • Configuring native integrations
    • Setting security profiles, levels and other permissions
  • Building integrations & automations on the Make.com platform
    • On your own account — the delivered solution runs directly on your account
    • On the Bubble Development account — nothing for you to maintain, we handle it as a service
  • Training
    • Administrator training — the goal is to teach you how to look after your CRM efficiently: creating and editing optional fields, document templates, automations, managing permissions, etc.
    • End-user training — introduces users not only to the general CRM features, but also to the detailed record-keeping process, customisations and all the integrations they'll need.

The analysis usually runs in a fairly free-form way; we work from the basics out into more and more detail. The whole CRM implementation is a shared journey toward putting a new system into practice. Over several iterations we will refine the record-keeping model together and build sample records to feed the subsequent integrations, data migration and user training.
