How it works
This solution requires no custom development or bespoke implementation. An optional implementation can be ordered if you'd rather not configure the integration from the guide on your own.
The pre-built solution is a one-way connection between RAYNET CRM and SMSbrana.cz. Using Automations in CRM you send a webhook (a data notification) to our integration bridge, which delivers the SMS for you. The automation rules are wide open — use any combination of triggers and filters so the SMS only goes to the right person at the right moment. Sending an SMS doesn't have to be the end of the automation: a follow-up step can create a logged activity (for example a letter) so the SMS shows up in the contact's communication history.
Triggers can be record creation (e.g. a new client), a change to any field (e.g. opportunity status), or a button press. SMS can also be scheduled relative to a date — for example one day before a meeting.
One advantage of this integration is that messages can be sent from your own phone numbers. You can register multiple numbers and pick dynamically inside the CRM automation which one each SMS goes out from, so the sales team communicates with customers authentically.

If you need help configuring SMSbrana.cz and/or the RAYNET CRM side, you can book an online implementation consultation. We will set up a few automations in your CRM that match your workflow and discuss follow-up steps. The consultation costs CZK 2,500 and takes one hour.
Service terms
After you submit an order you'll receive a proforma invoice and a configuration email with the unique token needed to activate the integration. Subsequent invoices arrive on the first day of each following month and cover the next month's subscription plus the previous month's actual SMS usage.
If you connect the integration to your own SMSbrana account we only bill CZK 0.20 per transaction (sent or undelivered SMS) on top of the monthly fee. Switching accounts takes effect from the next billing cycle.
You can cancel the service at any time, with no notice period, by writing to obchod@bubbledevelopment.cz. Unpaid invoices are not treated as cancellation.
