When I was tasked in 2013 with choosing and implementing a CRM across the NEWTON Media group, I knew the single most important thing for smooth user adoption is usability and ease of use. Even the most powerful and expensive sales system in the world fails if sales people aren't willing or able to put data into it.
RAYNET CRM ticked every box, so in 2014 and 2015 my colleagues and I rolled it out across the NEWTON Media group to 6 companies in 4 countries.
Because CRM had become my main professional focus, I decided to keep working with RAYNET as a CRM consultant. Between 2016 and 2022 I helped roll out CRM in hundreds of companies across many industries, and I saw that a well-set-up CRM is what moves sales forward.
In 2018 I was looking for a simple way to build integrations between RAYNET and other cloud apps, and I came across Make.com (then Integromat), where I built the modules for working with the RAYNET API. That made RAYNET the first Czech CRM that could be connected to hundreds of apps without writing code.
Since 2022 I've been doing the same under the Bubble Development brand — needs analysis, solution design, CRM setup, building integrations in Make.com and training.
